Shannon holds a B.S from the University of Massachusetts Boston as well as multiple certifications including Personal & Small Group Training, Sports Nutrition & Corrective Exercise.

Shannon's areas of expertise range from general health & fitness programs for beginners as well as the more experienced fitness enthusiast, fitness programs for expecting moms & new moms as well as competitive fitness programs including competitive stage coaching. Shannon has coached many women to a winning physique.

Shannon began her career in the competitive figure world in 2009 & has since won two World Titles as well as appeared on the cover of 2 fitness magazines along with appearing in several fitness publications. Shannon has always believed in using her platform to educate & inspire others to the best version of themselves.

Shannon has a strong focus on what each specific client needs in their programming, whether it be fat loss, gain strength, improve balance, prevent or recover from injury, train for a marathon or fitness competition.

With over 10 years in the Fitness Industry Shannon truly enjoys teaching others how to set their own individual fitness goals making fitness fun & enjoyable so they not only gain confidence but continue to see amazing results with a healthy & balanced approach.
