She is a firm believer that you can be fit and fabulous at any age, especially 50! She has trained with Jena and Paul over the last 10 years, and has seen the huge benefits of personal training, learning how to make the most out of every exercise and every gym visit. She looks forward to helping clients enjoy their training experience while working hard to achieve their fitness goals.
