Ramon Salomon

Ramon is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ramon has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years, and he strives to remain ahead of his field in all fitness advancements. His training background also includes Pilates and Stretch Management. He currently trains both at home and in a gym setting. Ramon teaches group classes unique to Your Gym On Wheels, including Diamond Fit Boot Camp, Caribbean Rhythm Shake It Into Shape, Diva Boot Camp and Group Circuit Training. He also trains small groups of people "on the job," in their work environment. Throughout Ramon's life he strives to raise awareness of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. He wants the people that train with him to have fun, get fit, and gain a new outlook on all of the positive things that this life has to offer!
