Laura disliked the thought of exercise and was addicted to all the wrong foods. She was overweight, sedentary, lethargic and depressed. Making one small change at a time, she transformed her life. Now she is addicted to exercise and loves a variety of healthy foods. Knowing first hand how much fitness enhances every aspect of your life, it is her mission to help others change their lives one workout at a time. Laura has now been a fitness instructor for eight years and currently teaches Barre, Boxing, Spin, Senior formats, Strength, Tabata, Pilates, and is a certified Pilates Reformer instructor. She has also recently decided to pursue her personal training certification through NASM and NCCPT. High Intensity Interval Training is her favorite way to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. She is also an avid runner, running one to three marathons a year. As a single mother of two, Laura knows you do not just have the time, you have to make it! Laura is passionate about building a connection with every client in order to fine tune a strategy somewhere between baby stets and maximum effort, using a variety of exercises. She would love to whip you into shape in a way that is both challenging and fun.
